Your books, one library

Import supported PDFs and EPUBs, keep them together in a personal reading environment, and discover more than 70,000 public-domain classics.

Reading before document tooling

InkFolio is designed around sitting with long-form text. Its immersive book presentation is intentionally different from a conventional office-style PDF viewer.

Multiple ways to read

Use the normal book view when page context matters, text-to-speech when listening fits better, or RSVP when a controlled one-word-at-a-time stream suits the material.

Local-first by design

Core personal-book importing and reading are designed to happen on your device, so using InkFolio does not require uploading every book to a remote server first.

What InkFolio supports

A reading environment, not one file-format utility

InkFolio supports PDF and EPUB reading, with a library that can hold your own imported books alongside a discovery experience for public-domain classics. The full reader includes book-style presentation, bookmarks, highlights, notes and text-to-speech.

RSVP, or Rapid Serial Visual Presentation, is an optional reading mode. It presents text around a fixed viewing area at a pace you control. It is useful for some linear text and deliberately remains separate from normal page reading for material where surrounding context matters.

Who it is for

Readers who want more control over digital reading

Book readers

Keep novels and long-form books in a calmer digital library.

Students

Read long PDFs, textbooks and papers with notes and multiple reading modes nearby.

PDF readers

Use a book-oriented experience when a PDF is something to read rather than edit.

EPUB readers

Read reflowable ebooks without separating them from the rest of your library.

Learn through the InkFolio Journal, explore the digital library, try the RSVP reader, or open your own book.
